ORDER HELP

1. Can I edit or cancel my order? 

Due to our fulfilment automation to ensure speedy delivery editing or canceling an order will not be possible once the order is shipped. We can do so in certain cases if you contact us, however, we cannot guarantee it.

2. What payment options are available?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay

 

OUR PRODUCTS

1. How do I know what size to get? 

For products that require sizing look for "Size Guide" tab on the product page. Alternatively you can always email us at europe@reyllen.com and we shall do our best to help.

2. What if the product I want is out of stock?

Not to worry, we regularly send restock emails along with new product drops. All you need to do is to sign up to our newsletter and follow us on instagram @reyllenfitness. 

3. How can I enter my discount code? 

Enter your unique gift card or discount code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” box during checkout before completing your purchase.

Please note: Only one discount code is applicable per purchase. 

4. Do you offer warranty? 

We offer 3 month warranty on all products we offer. This is far more than most of our competitors in the market and we can also extend this by further investigation into the damage of the product and the circumstances. Please read about our warranty - HERE
